Delivery Fee

Please select the appropriate delivery method base on the delivery address.  If the selected delivery method is not suitable for the delivery address, we will contact customer about the change of delivery method, and extra cost maybe needed.


Delivery Method

Commercial and Industrial Area Courier  (3-4 days)- $30 $20 (included $0.5 plastic bag charge)
ONLY for certain commercial and industrial area, the following districts are not included.

Aberdeen Island, Happy Valley, the mid-levels, Tung Chung, the Airport, Tseung Kwan O, Sai Kung, Yuen Long, all residential area, non-commercial and industrial area, schools, hospitals, shopping malls etc.

Hong Kong Post - Smart Post (Counter Collection Service) (est. delivery days: 2-4 days) - $21
Smart Post comes with online tracking facility.  It alerts recipient via email when a mail item has been successfully delivered to the designated post office for pickup.
- Item will deliver to customer's designated pot office for pickup
- Customers are required to provide a valid email address and contact number.  Designated collection post office will be confirmed with customer by email and/or whatsapp.
- Item which is not collected within fourteen (14) days after the date of the Collection Notification will be returned to us.  Customers have to pay postage once more for re-arrangement, and the delivery cost will not be refunded.
Smart Post Counter Collection Service:
1. Item is available for collection at designated post office (Email notification when the item is available for collection)
2. Upon receipt of email notification, recipient has to setup a personal collection code via a hyperlink in the email.
3. Recipient provides item number and collection code to collect the item.


Hong Kong Post - Smart Post(Mail Delivery Service) (3-5 days) - $28
Smart Post comes with online tracking facility.  
- If item cannot be delivered successfully, customer will receive the Call-for Notification
- Item which is not collected within fourteen (14) days after the date of the Call-for Notification will be returned to us.  Customers have to pay postage once more for re-arrangement, and the delivery cost will not be refunded.
Smart Post Mail Delivery Service:
1. Successful delivery (Email notification when the item is delivered)
2. Unsuccessful delivery (Email notification when the item is available for counter collection)
